As his legal battles mount - how many times is Trump going to play the victim and say it's a witch hunt when everybody knows he's guilty as physical evidence is presented. Prosecutors in most of the cases have been working towards taking Trump down for years and now it's showtime. I know many people think Trump will run for president in 2024. By that time he'll be facing so many civil and criminal charges he'll be lucky if he stays out of jail. He will probably spend most of the rest of his life in litigation. Hopefully that will be the end of it because this country is so sick and tired of his rhetoric.

I've never felt a connection to Mesoamerica until I created a file about the Olmec - the first signs of a complex society in an ancient Pre-Columbian civilization living in the tropical lowlands of south-central Mexico, in what are roughly the modern-day states of Veracruz and Tabasco.
I love stories about First Civilizations - namely the Zep Tepi - but the Olmec stood out from the violent societies that were part of the ancient Mesoamerican landscape.
Then there was this ... as a fan of Stargate SG 1 - I immediately noticed a connection of the Olmec heads to an alien named Teal'c. The series draws upon Egyptian, Greek and Norse mythology, as well as the legend of King Arthur but little about Mesoamerica. S3 Ep21 the "Crystal Skull"

Sirius-Isis Connection
When I darkened the blue on this image of Tut
In June 1954 after my Mom and I returned to Brooklyn from Nevada - where I had been taken by aliens - I remembered many things about my destiny. One of them was ... the day I die (perhaps when reality ends) will be a summer day at a time when the Earth would reach unprecedented heat. Today this thought came to mind once again.
I was awakened this morning with a clear message that there are three years left until the simulation ends. I don't remember who said it - though it was a male voice - or how true it is in Earth's timeline - but that's what I heard. That would bring us to 2025 = 9 = Endings or completions in Numerology.
The star Sirius was known as the "dog star" because it made up the nose of a constellation shaped like a dog. The Romans referred to this period as "dies caniculares" or "days of the dog star," which was eventually translated as just "dog days."

So here we are in the dog days or dog days of summer defined as hot and sultry though having nothing to do with canines per se.
In ancient times the Dog Days were astrologically/historically the period following the heliacal rising of the star system Sirius (known colloquially as the "Dog Star"), which Hellenistic astrology connected with heat, drought, sudden thunderstorms, lethargy, fever, mad dogs, and bad luck. They are now taken to be the hottest, most uncomfortable part of summer in the Northern Hemisphere.
jackal-dog headed God of Death and the Afterlife.
These predictions don't quite work in modern times because the Earth's rotation wobbles - known as the procession of the equinoxes - meaning Sirius does not appear in the sky at the same time of year as it did back then. The Farmer's Almanac lists the modern dog days as lasting 40 days from July 3-August 11.
With accelerating climate change and extreme heat getting worse each summer we can expect to experience the "dog days" with greater intensity.

I've never been happier.
I grew up with a large extended family on both sides. Time passed and family moved around as we lost touch in the days before the Internet. There were always a few cousins I stayed in touch with but not very often.
Grandson Noah and Nikki at Wake Forest in North Carolina. He was selected for a one week summer program for High School Seniors. 25 boys. 25 girls. It's going to be awesome. After Nikki and Ryan dropped Noah off at Wake they drove to their next destination and noticed this double rainbow.

A few years ago my "Crystal" cousins joined 23andme and found me through a mutual cousin. It's been fun meeting them - some of the pics I've posted over the past year.
Yesterday my cousin Nancy and I were talking about me joining 23andme something that really didn't interest me. But I change my mind and have sent away for the kit to find out about my mother's side of the family who I've totally lost touch with. It might be interesting. Their roots are in Baltimore but that was a long time ago ... Will keep you posted.
