Journeys do not have to be labeled 'sacred'. The best ones are simply fun.
Saturday June 17, 2023 was sunny and comfortable in NYC as my friend Clell and I boarded the NYC Ferry headed to Manhattan. Other passengers watched with us as the Verrazano Bridge faded into the horizon a short time later.
I never take the Bridge for granted - each day reminding myself of the synchronicities that brought it to my doorstep 31 years ago. The energies, the sunsets, and all the other things that transform reality for me into I never ending story.
An hour later we arrived at Pier 11 (Wall Street) - Freedom Tower in the background. This never gets old.
I haven't flown in a helicopter for a long time. I'll fly in anything. In this lifetime I've flown in all sorts of aircraft including a plane, a helicopter, a hot air balloon, and a UFO to date. I learned to fly a plane on a trip to Puerto Rico but am not licensed and too old to go back.
Would I go into space if I had a spare $250,000 like William Shatner though he went for free? Seems boring once you've been in a UFO though reminiscent of looking down and seeing planet Earth in much the same way. These days airports and travelers leave a lot to be desired.
Freedom fought for and lost. The tides are changing.
