My friend Pat and I often do things together after work. Sometimes its dinner with our friend George, but other times we just go out to play.

Prior to going to bed Wednesday night, George and I had a talk about the current flow of energies. Usually we feel huge shifts and changes, but not this summer. We both feel this sense of inner peace - that we are just coasting - the feeling one gets after a job is complete, or almost complete, and there's not much left to do but go out and play.

I slept 10 hours after talking to George ... waking up at 8:00 AM, which is late for me. Perhaps this is due to the lack of light outside on this overcast morning, or something else, as I feel fine. Remember, the main keys to good health are: reduce STRESS, get lots of sleep, eat accordingly, and know your emotional problems especially if a substance abuser.

It is not unusual for me to sleep 10 uninterrupted hours - 9 being my norm. It is the return of daylight outside my window that signals my consciousness back here ... and darkness that takes it way.

On one interesting occasion, a few years ago, I remember rushing back to my Ellie body, moving backwards through a tunnel of light, all the while, looking back at my soul essence on the other side of the 'tunnel', for lack of a better word. It's so cool to experience the movement of your consciousness as it goes faster than the speed of light - it's instantaneous. For me there was an understanding about who I am and the projected illusion of my experience here. But for others, I can understand why most souls, when given the choice, do not want to return here. It's like going from total consciousness and freedom to being unconscious and not understanding the true nature and purpose of reality. What keeps it all flowing is the understanding that it is just ... a hologram of experience.

This morning I had the funniest wake up dream filled with metaphors which most dreams are.

Pat and I were in this huge shopping area somewhere - not sure where or how we got there. We walked around exploring, but found nothing we needed.

I remember sensing that all of the people there were of a different 'race' though I don't remember what they looked like.

As we walked around, someone on a loud speaker announced that it was time to leave - that they were closing because the sun was setting.

As Pat and I walked outside, we remembered that neither of us had our cars - someone had dropped us off and couldn't pick us up.

We didn't panic. I told Pat that I had a new smart car and pushed the black key alarm button which told my car to come and get us.

While it was on its way, and the sun was setting, we walked along and took a final look around because we knew we'd never be coming back ... and we laughed as if we had gotten some silly joke or had completed a task and could now go home.
