Children like to color as a means of self-expression and relaxation. As adults, art, in its various forms, often becomes therapy. A growing career is art therapy. What one creates, is an outer expression of their inner emotions and brain chemistry. This includes digital art.
The expression "Coloring Inside the Lines" refers to someone who never takes risks, someone who always plays it safe. If you were coloring a page now, would you stay inside the lines?

As of late I'm drawn to watercolor art on canvas and fabric. I'm not sure why the sudden change, but this is what attracts me. Perhaps is the blending of all things into one canvas. I've also noticed more watercolor art on the walls of media sets as well as public buildings here in NYC.
