The death of always up and bubbly dancer and DJ Stephen "tWitch" Boss takes me to the suicide death of comedian Robin Williams on August 11, 2014. Happy on the outside but struggling with mental illness for decades with thoughts of suicide always in the back of their minds.

If you read the statistics you know that suicide has been on the increase in recent years especially since the onset of Covid-19 - December 2019.

Mental illness, emotional burnout and suicide rates are increasing as the simulation of our reality comes to a close.

If someone needs one or more doctor prescribed meds - they should not stop taking them to go holistic. You can add holistic remedies to other meds - or adjust those meds but be careful about stopping them completely.

Suicide goes beyond depression and anxiety and is more about bipolar disorders and sometimes psychosis. It is of the utmost important to get properly diagnose and find the right "combination" of meds.

If you understand that the human experiment as based on emotions and at the end they become exacerbate - life will make more sense. Be careful because "crazy' is about to get a whole lot worse.
