St. Patrick's Day March 17, 2015

1:00 p.m. Outside the Bagel Store on 3rd.

The owner gave me a free bagel - the last green one.

11:00 a.m. and the sun just came out right on cue. It won't rain on our parade this year in NYC as people prepare for the start of the nation's oldest St. Patrick's Day parade. This parade generally attracts more than 2 million people and travels from 44th Street and make its way north up Fifth Avenue past St. Patrick's Cathedral to 79th Street. This year's Grand Marshal is Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the Archbishop of New York.
