Precession of the Equinoxes 2024 - Coming Full Cycle

Thuban was our North Pole Star approximately 13,000 years ago and will be again   IFL Science - April 11, 2024

In 1998 I met a man named Todd from Queens, New York through Crystalinks. Todd was several years older than me with similar interests highlighted by the theory that when Thuban became the North Pole Star again the simulation of reality would end.

Resources were not as abundant as they are today so Todd researched using books and whatever else was available. We lost touch around the year 2000 but I still remember him talking about Thuban, Kochab, and Polaris though much of what he said was too technical for me.

Approximately 25 years has past. Today when I read the article about Thuban, I thought about Todd as I updated my files on Precession of the Equinoxes and Draco.

We've come a long way, and it really does feel like we are close to the end. I'm not sure if Todd is still with us or if he still follows my blog.

Follow Your North Star

"Follow your north star" is a metaphor for an unwavering and unchangeable ideal to follow in one's life. In space the north pole star has changed or is in the process of changing from Polaris (Age of Leo) back to Thuban (Age of Aquarius) coming full cycle.

It would seem that in one way or another every ancient civilization was programmed to figure out the movements and precessions of the planets in our solar system. When we think of precession - it takes us to Precession of the Equinoxes and the position of the North Pole Star approximately every 13,000 Earth years.

In the Age of Leo 13,000 years ago - many believed the Pyramids and Great Sphinx were built when the North Pole Star was Thuban. As the planets moved, it then became Polaris.

Depending who you ask, we are now full cycle back to the Age of Aquarius when the North Pole Star again becomes Thuban a binary star system in Draco - historically significant as having been the North Pole Star from the 4th to 2nd millennium BC. (Age of Aquarius).

Draco is the Latin word for serpent or dragon. It is a far northern constellation that is circumpolar - that is, never setting and can be seen all year from northern latitudes - for many northern hemisphere observers. It is one of the 88 modern constellations, and one of the 48 constellations listed by Ptolemy.

This takes us full circle to ancient symbolism - the Ouroboros, creation myths and storylines in the Simulation of Reality.
