The old days of using an established holistic healing system - or creating one of your own - has changed. Most importantly is recognizing and accepting one's challenges to gain greater 'understanding' of physical conditions. It's not hard. Anyone can do especially if you've been trying to help yourself for years.
Let's start with my basic premise. We exist and experience in a simulated reality set in place to experience emotions. Everything we are, do, and experience is programmed by our DNA codes.
Forget free will or we would live in a truly balanced society where things would more or less be equal for everyone in the simulation. But that's not the nature of the game.
If you get that then you understand the craziness of the human experiment and why people behave the way they do not only today but throughout history.
Most people have come to understand that everything is broken from people to society to climate and all else we experience as real. And it's getting worse because the simulation is coming to closure which means you need a more intellectual understanding of what's happening setting emotions aside vs. intellect.
Humans are programmed to approach every situation through their emotional codes then through the mind. There's not much we can do about that.
We live in an age of insurmountable challenges from finance and how we earn a living ... to health (burn out, anxiety, covid, cancer, obesity, etc.) ... to climate and homelessness ... to relationships and how they work ... and on and on.
The approach to solving the way people can best function in their society is to be practical and realistic. True it all goes to your programed experiences now 'prompted' to greater understanding through the mind not the emotions. This leads to a new comprehension and appreciation of the total picture of reality.
Find someone you can talk to who can be objective about your life. Usually it's a therapist in any form of the word such as counselor, life coach, etc. This person should be able to show you in one session what's your behavior patterns are and how you got there by genetics or environment or both.
Once you understand what's wrong with you then take a realistic approach to cure if that is possible from medication to meditation and anything that actively moves the body to calm the anxiety. Not everyone can or will be cured but for whatever is left in the illusion of time you can live it in a somewhat more comfortable way and with understanding of how you can't be who you are today.
