Happy Thanksgiving 2021 from my family to yours. I spent the day in New Jersey with perfect Autumn weather adding to the ambiance. Covid delayed our annual celebration in 2020 but we're back in 2021 enjoying our time as we move towards Hanukkah this Saturday ... and December holidays including two family birthdays.
Your family may have holiday traditions that touch the heart or perhaps you plan to start new ones especially after events over the past year and a half that uprooted and changed so many lives. If you're like me this is your favorite holiday season so enjoy.
Shared with love from my family to yours ...
On the day before Thanksgiving I walked along John Paul Jones Park across the street. There were few cars in my building's garage as people are away for the holiday. The neighborhood was quiet - the sun shining on a brisk autumn afternoon.
The pic below portrays the first two in a row of trees covered in red leaves that line the 101st side of the park ... an occasional squirrel scampering by. As I walked along the energies stirred my soul - Autumn being one of my favorite times of the year.
