Ellie Age 16 - Being Cool

July 12, 2021

Climate is changing the way we live, work, and exist on planet Earth. There is no going back just adapting until the simulation of reality ends.

One of the most important ways to maintain good health is to spend most of your time in a climate that agrees with your body temperature or to adjust room temperature to that level. I really don't think people understand how important that is - but now in end times as the planet warms - they are learning. Heat and storms are increasing even if your city goes back to its norm. Be prepared.

I understand the need for people to exercise in any form to relieve stress, anxiety, etc. even if it means sweating throughout the experience. Simply put ... it's not healthy.

I've never been good with hot humid weather. The ups and downs of summer temps sometimes make me light headed when outdoors. In part it could be because I go in and out of air-conditioning but I remember this pattern when I was young before my family had AC. I also have low blood pressure which probably makes things worse.

They used to tell me that I would be happy living up north in places like the Arctic. Well that's all changed as the temperatures there are over 90 degrees. There is no escaping climate change so plan for it.

My body is comfortable at 68 degrees though people in my age group tell me 80 degrees is best. I'm shvitizing just thinking about it. Here I am at age 16 cooling off at the beach with a friend.
