The pic of the moon above reminds me of this infrared photo of my friend, photographer Chris McGuire, taken in my bedroom in the late 1980's. I lightened it. We were both focusing on UFOs and ET's. It leaves a lot to the imagination.

Gifts can be returned, exchanged, regifted, thrown away, or you can get a store credit to use later where available. You can never go wrong with a gift card. They say it is impersonal, but don't let that sway you in a world where many people like to shop online. Most of all people like choices and now they can shop when they have time. Of course the best gifts come from children who make them just for you.
Candy Cane Day celebrates one of the season's simplest joys - a striped symbol of holiday cheer. Whether hung on a tree, stirred into hot cocoa, or enjoyed straight from the wrapper, the candy cane is a small reminder that sometimes the sweetest moments are also the simplest.
