Do we like things as close to perfect as possible so there is nothing to poke fun at or attack - especially on social media? Are you careful about what you do, say, and post to avoid being attacked? Online we have the 'block' button but what about in daily life?

This is an old 'self-help' theme from my 1990's posts but the lesson is ... avoid people who do not belong in your life ... if possible. We call them toxic, stress provoking, and a few expletives. As the year ends - chose friends and associates carefully because 2022 is challenged before it begins.
