November 8, 2005, I posted an article stating that approximately 1.5 million people descend from Ghengis Khan.

January 12, 2006 I posted this story - Most Ashkenazi Jews Come From Four Women. "Some 3.5 million of today's Ashkenazi Jews, about 40 percent of the total Ashkenazi population, are descended from just four women".

Today we find this story Up to 3 million men descended from a medieval Irish warlord. "A genetics study suggests that the fifth-century warlord known as Niall of the Nine Hostages may be the ancestor of about one in 12 Irishmen."

Have you ever traced your genealogy? The internet makes it easy to find lost family members and gain greater insight into your bloodline, or perhaps to find adoptive parents or children. In my personal experience, thanks to the Internet, I was reunited with the Crystal branch of my family tree, as they searched out family members.
