Many spirits visited during our session, bringing important messages.
Spirits make noise, move objects, create fragrances, or sometimes take the form of an animal that my client associates with the person who crossed over.
Spirits most often come here as a butterfly or bird, symbols of ascension. They fly past my sliding glass doors, sometimes stopping on the terrace railing just outside, where we can watch them. Some spirit remain during the entire reading, while others move on.
Today I read a female client from upstate New York, whose mother, Anna, crossed over in 2006. Anna was an interesting spirit, a woman who definitely liked to be heard.
As the reading progressed, suddenly a fly appeared and started buzzing around me. As I was about to hit it, my client said, "Wait! That's my mother!"
"Your mother!?" I exclaimed with surprise, noting that I rarely have flies or any other insects here.
My client explained that she held her mother's hand as she crossed over. Immediately afterwards, a fly appeared on my client's hand. Since that time, when things reference Anna a fly always shows up, often behaving in a manner one would not expect from a common housefly. Another medium had experienced the same thing when talking to Anna in the dead of winter. What was strange was the way the fly moved around as we spoke.
As my client left, I told her to take Anna with her. Not sure where the fly went, but it's not here anymore. Bye Anna! Gotta' fly!
