If he wins - and I still don't see it - you will find yourself losing your civil liberties no matter what your priorities are but it will be too late.

Trump can appeal these and other verdicts but in the end ... the truth will out and he comes up a loser - his worse nightmare.

Tuesday the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the Oscar nominations. Sometimes the reaction to their decisions is just as dramatic as the performances themselves. It all culminates March 10 after other award shows that lead up to this Grand Finale.

Wait ... they left something out ... Best Performance by a Politician. The nominees are ... George Santos, Kevin McCarthy, Ron DeSantos, Nikki Haley, Joe Biden, and last but not least Donald Trump who is facing 91 federal and state criminal counts, including conspiracy to defraud the United States, engaging in a criminal enterprise by attempting to overturn the 2020 election, as well as willful retention of national defense information because of classified documents he didn't give back.

Donald Trump writes, directs, and stars in his own narrative - playing the role of the misguided fool lost in his own delusions. He is one of the most entertaining characters in our simulation - forever enjoying his characterizations and the challenges they present. His role is the trickster or magician who misdirects his audience into believing anything.

Trump is well on his way to cementing the GOP nomination for president. But can he really win by making the audience believe he is the best leader for this country - a job he believes was stolen from him in 2020? Former President John F. Kennedy once said, "Life isn't fair. In never was and never will be."

The ability of a good screenwriter is to hold the audience's attention until the end of ACT III which means conflicts and dramas mixed with a twist of madness.

This is the end of our simulation or ACT III. Our little screenplay is going out with a (big) bang just as it allegedly came in.
