We live in a world of rapid change where ... going back ... is almost impossible as the past was just a fleeting moment, a thought, that had its time and energy and has now moved on. You can never go back, because consciousness won't let you.

Today's experiences are tomorrow's tales.

An old neighborhood is not the same. Nostalgia is the emotion.

Old styles become retro. Laughter is the emotion.

Jobs end. Fear is the main emotion.

Routines change. Adjusting is the emotion.

Science and technologies change. Understanding is the emotion.

Your philosophical perspective changes. Awareness is the emotion.

Friendships change. Reflection is the main emotion.

Relationships run their course. Acceptance is the emotion.

People and pets die. Loss is the main emotion.

Holograms end. Enlightenment is the emotion.

You can study the past - ancient times or present day - cherish memories, but at this point in reality - there is no going back ... until the end when consciousness returns to creation and you see a review of your experiences in th physical.

As we come to the end of 2010 - make a list of everything that has changed for you this year. Next to each statement - express how you felt, or still feel, about never going back.

Save the list. Reread it one year from today.
