Basic Black

Brooklyn, Friday evening, October 8, 2004

My friend Pat and I walked into the park as the sun was setting. It was a glorious sunset in shades of red and pink that harmonized over the Verrazano Bridge. In two days we will have a workshop here.

We stood beside the tree, grounding our feet in the earth, taking turns holding the tuning fork that I hung in the tree. It's vibration links with the Earth's resonance as if understanding its place in the creational forces of what is to come.

The sun set on our little scene as the lights on the bridge came on. The sides of the bridge spoke to us of giant tuning forks as we watched ships pass under the bridge on their way out to sea.

To our west stands the Statue of Liberty, a beacon of light.

To our north is Ground Zero, the energies of the programming personified on 9/11.

To the southeast we saw the almost New Moon that will move into Libra and partially eclipse on the October 13th -- eclipse, Venus rules Libra, the Priestess - the total eclipse will come later when Isis turns black, In the Still of the Night and we return to Basic Black.
