World Mental Health Day is a day for global mental
health education, awareness and advocacy
Good luck with that in our crazy world. Unless you are a medical professional do not involve with people who have mental health issues especially if they trigger negative emotions in you. You may rationalize that they came into your life to help you work through your issues, but they can cause more harm that good. Just walk on by. If you need meds - take them. If you go holistic and feel better - go for it. If Yoga and the like make you feel better - practice it. Whatever works.
