Monday a seven-alarm parking garage fire at Kings Plaza Shopping Center injured more than two dozen people and made national headlines - hick toxic smoke filling the air. 137 cars were burned - mostly Mercedes that were stored there by a nearby dealership

Tuesday - 23-year-old Avon Stephens was arrested and charged with arson. Kings Plaza reopened to customers Wednesday.
