This appears to be a well orchestrated cyber attack.

AccuWeather sends false NWS tsunami warning alert in New York

Do you feel more connected to what's going on behind the scene of the hologram as opposed to what is presented each day for you to vicariously experience? When concluding that alert systems are being hacked, that something is off with the currently zig zagging stock market that set loss records for one day, and others things in your life are out of synch and make little sense, where does your mind take you for answers? Things feel off because they are. These events are glitches in the hologram (simulation) that make us aware that we are getting close to system failures and shutdown.
Did robot algorithms trigger stock market plunge?

The Hawaii False Nuclear Alarm seemed like hacking. Twice in one week confirms it to me. The main suspect are those who run the experiment.
Japanese broadcaster apologizes after false North Korea missile alert CNN - January 16, 2018
Japanese national broadcaster NHK issued an on-air apology Tuesday after issuing an alert incorrectly claiming that North Korea had launched a ballistic missile. The message, received by phone users with the NHK app installed on their devices, read: "NHK news alert. North Korea likely to have launched missile. The government J alert: evacuate inside the building or underground. The broadcaster apologized for the error, adding "the news alert sent earlier about NK missile was a mistake. No government J alert was issued. The mistake was corrected within minutes.

Is there a conspiracy theory here or was it just human error? We have become conditioned to believe that everything reported is a lie. From paradise to panic for about 40 minutes ... The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency sent an alert to cellphones, radios, TVs, digital highway billboards, on Saturday urging people to take shelter because a ballistic missile was headed toward the state. [FYI ... I have also noticed more TV Emergency Alert Warning messages as of late, here in the city, than ever before.
The backdrop of this was the nuclear threat by North Korea with Trump and Kim Jung-Un in a twitter war of words just a few days ago making the potential threat seem more real. Not surprisingly, the alert caused widespread panic, coming at a time of heightened tensions with North Korea. Security experts called it a frightening warning of how a technical error could trigger an unintended conflict with North Korea. For some it was a reminder of the attack on Pearl Harbor bringing the US into WW II.
People who live in Hawaii, or are there on a spiritual journey or vacation, had a unconsciousness reminder about how close we are to the end. The real threats to Hawaii and other countries in the Pacific Ring of Fire are natural disasters - earthquakes and tsunamis just ahead. If you believe that meditation and the like can change the consciousness grids, you've been reading too many self-help books. Wake-up. That is your prime directive.
