When you consult a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, life coach, or whatever title people go by these days - you need to realize they cannot change your DNA codes - but they can offer coping mechanisms to help you get through whatever you're dealing with.

Personality disorders are a lifetime experiences and genetically related to parents or grandparents. They are generally exacerbated by programmed events in your life aligned with your DNA programming.

People say you can work your way through mental illness by doing this or that. It's not true. But you can learn coping mechanisms to help you get through the day ... or the night if you can't sleep because nothing is worse than not getting sleep so the body can heal.

In today's world people need coping mechanisms for their coping mechanisms that's how crazy things have gotten.

The world of wounded souls has incorporated terms such as mindfulness - all of which reference your brain's ability to focus and process. Too many challenges out there as the simulation implodes. Reality overload. Recreational drugs are becoming medicinal everywhere.

In today's world you have to be practical and down to earth not live in La La Land. I know people want a Great Escape but that doesn't happen until the simulation ends.

Take a deep breath and move on with the rest of your day.
