You have many back-stories as your soul travels through time, space and realities.

To move forward in 2011, let's look at the back-story of your life not just in this lifetime, but in others.

As time permits ... with or without music ... prepare as you would for meditation.

Relax. be comfortable. Take two long slow deep breaths.

Envision a calendar with today's date.

Close your eyes and visualize the dates either moving backward or forward in linear time (consciousness grids).

Stop when something in your soul tells you to.

Explore as if you were there ... the sights ... the sounds ... the smells ... and other sensations that awaken can your memory as reality is all about remembering.

You can stop and return to this timeline or continue on allowing your consciousness to explores your back-stories ... or as others see .... it past or futures lives that were/are your experiences or something you just stumbled upon.

You should take away at least one message that connects to your current experience in this reality.

Remember it.

Write it down.

Analyze it.

Stop.

There are other back stories that change our lives ... The experiences you had before you made a major lifestyle change in this reality.

For some it's an illness or an accident, a death ... or another traumatic experience that is your backstory and lead you to this website today.

We all enter the world of metaphysics and healing because something happened and they crashed leaving them period of recovery to explore and change their lives forever.

It happens to everyone in one way or another setting them on a journey of understanding about the age-old questions of who they are and why they are here. The obvious answer is to make a difference but a difference for themselves or with some greater purpose?
