Mounds

A mound is an artificial heap or pile, especially of earth, rocks, or sand - conical shaped or with a platform top. They are monumental earthworks built by prehistoric mound builders. There are thousands of mounds across the world most pointing toward the sky, some aligning with celestial bodies.
