2020 was a year few will chose to remember but none can forget as events became more challenged and surreal. The past is gone - the present fleeting - the future uncertain - with 'hope' forever its promise. Old administrations failed in many ways with new players coming into power that too will bring consequences in the digitized world we think is real as we apply emotions to visualizations - the grids unplugged.
In the November US presidential election Donald Trump lost to Joe Biden but refused to accept defeat in order to raise money from supporters and his narcissistic need to never lose anything.
Americans suffered at Christmas while Trump played golf and sowed chaos by pardoning corrupt loyalists and undermining prosecutors. Nothing better could be expected in a year that saw denial and delusion, led by Trump, presage a wave of illness and death coupled with evictions, bankruptcies, hunger and ruined livelihoods.
The biggest story of the year was a global pandemic COVID-19 killing hundreds of thousands of people and changing the face of reality - destroying people financially, emotionally and physically.

As all roads (myths) lead back to Z (Zoroaster, Zarathustra) - The Magi were priests in Zoroastrianism and the earlier religions of the western Iranians. The earliest known use of the word magi is in the trilingual inscription written by Darius the Great, known as the Behistun Inscription. Old Persian texts, predating the Hellenistic period, refer to a magus as a Zurvanic, and presumably Zoroastrian, priest. Pervasive throughout the Eastern Mediterranean and Western Asia until late antiquity and beyond. Magi were the practitioners of magic, including astronomy, astrology, alchemy, and other forms of esoteric knowledge.

I love this weather so much I decided to go back to the pier not realizing how windy it would be. As we are in Aquarius - this Aquarian loves the feel of ocean, mixed with the sounds of the birds, the ferry coming in, and most of all the view of the city skyline.
Best close-up I could get of the Statue of Liberty. To the right and around the bend is the World Trade Center.
In days of Covid we find our friends where we can. Birds in the area are well fed by people who live here. There's this one guy who chirps like a bird every day as a call to feed them or he's just going crazy from quarantine. He really sounds like a bird but what do I know. I don't speak bird but I always appreciated the Language of the Birds (which goes to Quetzalcoatl or Thoth or Z) and Whistled Languages.
