Illegal Schemes

When people have no money they get desperate, often turning to ways of making a quick buck. Some will gamble and become addicted.. Others will do illegal things, alone or with others. Isn't that the way the stock market and much of our economy is/was run?

Please watch out for scammers - they come in all shapes and sizes and are great sales people. July 2008, I read a client - a doctor and family man - who had invested $10,000 in Agape World and wanted my opinion. I saw the economy crashing and Agape World with it. Like Bernard Madoff, Agape World's CEO Nicholas Cosmo, formerly worked on Wall Street and ran a Ponzo scheme for years. Cosmo was arrested on January 27, 2009. On that day Arthur Nadel was arrested over hedge fund frauds.
