Journaling Your Coronavirus Experience

When you're in therapy, or just working on your issues, you are guided to journal your experiences. It's a way of bringing everything into perspective for your review. If you have old journals this may be an excellent time to dig them out and read your thoughts from another time. As most of us are quarantined for an unspecified amount of time it might be cathartic to journal your day to day thoughts and experiences during the coronavirus pandemic. You might want to expand it into a book or short story or even a screenplay.
