Clairaudience

Clairaudience is receiving messages in thought form that you may call your Inner Voice. You've probably been doing dialoguing most of your life and are able to discern your physical voice and thoughts from those you hear in your head. It's built into human DNA.

Your brain is a computer that dialogues as needed - bringing messages and guidance. When receiving a message, be sure you understand it and that it's not filtered by your emotions and what you really want to hear.

We actually dialogue with our inner voice all the time, especially under duress. One simply adjusts their frequency and "listens up" like changing the channel on an audio device.

We are always connected to the other side needing to focus on what is being said to realize how our immediate destiny is manifesting. Stop, Look, and Listen.

Mental illness takes the voices to psychosis which must be professionally diagnosed and medicated, especially when the voices tell someone to kill themself or worse.

External entities attributed to the messages in your head are often thought of as - spirit guides, decease loved ones, disincarnate entities, angels or other religious icons, aliens, sometimes dark/negative forces, etc. This is sometimes considered a form of channeling.

Important messages can be preceded by a pressure on one's chakras especially those in the head area.

People always ask me how they can listen to those on the other side? Everyone has a frequency signature, even those who have crossed over. It takes practice, but it's a matter of aligning your frequency signature with theirs - like a phone or other audio device - and then listening. For some people, this is natural, but for others, the parts of the brain needed to 'listen' has to be activated often through meditation.

It's all about your programming in the simulation of reality.

People without an inner voice have poorer verbal memory, finds study   Medical Express - May 15, 2024
The vast majority of people have an ongoing conversation with themselves, an inner voice, that plays an important role in their daily lives. But between 5% and 10% of the population do not have the same experience of an inner voice, and they find it more difficult to perform certain verbal memory tasks, new research shows. Previously, it was commonly assumed that having an inner voice had to be a human universal. But in recent years, researchers have become aware that not all people share this experience.
