Valentine's Day Meditation

Meditation: Your Inner Child And Emotional Body

The inner child represents your emotional body and heart chakra.

On Valentine's Day - if you will - please take a moment to relax and do this meditation.

Find a quiet place - free of distractions.

Adjust lighting, room temperature.

Create ambiance with candles, crystals, incense, or anything else that sets the mood.

Loosen clothing - remove eyeglasses - footwear - any restrictive garments.

Sit down or lie down. Find a position that is comfortable for you.

Now inhale slowly through your nose.
Hold the breath as is comfortable for you.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
Repeat two more times or as is comfortable for you.

Relax your body - your neck, head, jaw, shoulders, arms, back, and legs.

Close your eyes.

Focus on your heart. Connect with its rhythm.

As you go deeper into your meditation the sound of your heartbeat will become stronger.

Now move your consciousness into your heart - and experience the spiraling energies of your heart chakra.

Good.

Somewhere inside your heart chakra is a pain left from childhood.

Look at the pain.

Focus....You can do it....

Feel the pain.....

Good.

Now see your light.

Embrace the pain with your light.

Pause.....

Now let it go.........

On Valentine's Day you can heal your heart - your inner child that longs to be free.
