New Nation Issues First Patent Wired

United States Patent Law Wikipedia

Did you ever invent something? We all have creative ideas about what would make the world work ... faster ... better ... and perform more efficiently. Most of us dream our ideas, while others create their dreams into physical reality .. where dreams do manifest but there is always drama.

Was your invention patented? A patent is a set of exclusive rights granted by a state (national government) to an inventor or their assignee for a limited period of time in exchange for the public disclosure of an invention.

In my years as a psychic, I have read many people whose inventions were stolen and/or copied with slight various. It would seem the patent business is as shady as anything else in this world with tales of patents being stolen even by those who work in the US Patent Office in D.C. Proving someone stole your patent is a lengthy business involving extensive legal fees that most inventors simply can't afford.

Be careful what you patent and protect yourself. Your product can be sold or leased, but the earnings should be yours. The great invention of today - in the rapidly advancing world of science and technology - is obsolete tomorrow.
