I look forward to David Pecker's continued testimony at Trump's trial today here in NYC. It verifies a conspiracy plot to get Trump elected in 2016 with the help of Trump's lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen who will also testify about his involvement. Then there's the matter of the gag order against Trump who emotionally cannot contain his rhetoric and seems to lack understanding of the facts. It's a lifelong pattern, but sometimes even things that have worked in the past become defunct.

Arizona - A grand jury has handed up an indictment against former President Donald Trump's allies over their efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss, including the fake electors from that state and several individuals connected to his campaign. Among them we find Boris Epshteyn, a former White House aide, former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows. and Rudy Giuliani.

Elsewhere - US Supreme Court Justices hear oral arguments in Trump's sweeping immunity case that could have profound implications for his legal fate and poses never-before-resolved questions about the powers of the presidency.

The double court date will represent yet another unfathomable twist in the saga of the presumptive Republican nominee who is again stretching America's judicial and constitutional systems to their limits as he seeks to reclaim the White House.

Closing - Mercury Retrograde today if it in some way affects Trump's fate.
