Our reality is created by the flow of streaming consciousness grids, matrixes, or the collective unconsciousness through which we focus, experience and learn. It is a virtual experiment set in linear time to study emotions. At some point consciousness at the physical level freezes (the metaphoric Ice Age) and souls return to their natural state of light. Seen in the reverse, human consciousness has been frozen in time at this level of awareness, now thawing and erupting into full consciousness.

The eruption of Eyjafjallajokull Glacier is changing the destinies of thousands, if not millions, of people as eruptions continue. For some it is about widespread interruptions of travel, business, and vacation plans, while for others it will soon become a health hazard. Birds flying into Eyjafjallajokull's ash are are dying. After 9/11, members of the press wrote about the fumes causing little damage to those in the area that day. Boy were they wrong! Toxins in the air have killed many of the people who were there that day. Toxic Ash from Eyjafjallajokull will cause illnesses to many in Europe who may not see it yet.

As with the twin towers - things often happen in pairs. Eyjafjallajokull sits near a sister volcano - 8 miles away - called Katla which is much larger. When it erupts, it will create permanent climate problems including flooding. Europe will never be the same.

Atmospheric Effects and Hazards of Volcanic Ash

When ash begins to fall during daylight hours, the sky turns hazy and a pale yellow color. The ashfall may become so dense that daylight turns the sky gray to pitch black, with the ash severely restricting visibility and deadening sound. A darkened ash sky lowers temperatures during daylight hours from what would otherwise be expected. Loud thunder and lightning as well as the strong smell of sulfur accompany an ashfall. If rain accompanies an ashfall, the tiny particles turn into a slurry of slippery mud. Rain and lightning combined with ash can lead to power outages, breakdowns of communication, and disorientation.

Very fine ash particles can remain high in the atmosphere for many years, spread around the world by high-altitude winds. This suspended material contributes to spectacular sunsets, as well as an optical phenomenon known as Bishop's Ring, which refers to a corona or halo effect around the sun. High levels of ash high in the atmosphere causes climate change by cooling the globe for a few years following major eruptions. The last episode of ash-induced global cooling followed the Mount Pinatubo eruption of 1991. The most documented case in recorded history of this phenomenon followed the epic eruption of Mount Tambora in 1815, which led to the year without summer in 1816.

The most devastating effect of volcanic ash comes from pyroclastic flows. These occur when a volcanic eruption creates an "avalanche" of hot ash, gases, and rocks that flow at high speed down the flanks of the volcano. These flows can be impossible to outrun. They can also be difficult to predict. In many cases prediction is based on the topography of a region, but a valley may fill and overflow. In 1902, the city of St. Pierre in Martinique was destroyed by a pyroclastic flow which killed over 29,000 people.

Volcanic ash (by itself) is not poisonous, but inhaling it may cause problems for people whose respiratory system is already compromised by disorders such as asthma or emphysema. The abrasive texture can cause irritation and scratching of the surface of the eyes. People who wear contact lenses should wear glasses during an ashfall, to prevent eye damage. Furthermore, the combination of volcanic ash with moisture in the lungs can create a substance akin to liquid cement.

Therefore, people should take caution to filter the air they breathe with a damp cloth or a face mask when facing an ashfall. Ash is very dense, as only 100 millimetres (3.9 in) of ash leads to the collapse of weaker roofs. A fall of 300 millimetres (12 in) leads to the death of most vegetation, livestock, the wiping out of aquatic life in nearby lakes and rivers, and unusable roads. Accompanied by rain and lightning, ashfall leads to power outages, prevents communication, and disorients people.

There are six supervolcanoes on the planet. Three are located in highly seismic areas - New Zealand, Japan, and Sumatra all currently in the news due to earthquake activity. The remaining three volcanoes are located in the US - the main one to watch being Yellowstone.

On this day the world is being affected by an ongoing eruption under the Eyjafjallajokull glacier. No one is quite sure when the eruption will stop. With global travel disruptions - much of the planet is being affected, which includes the economy and the funeral arrangements in Poland after President Lech Kaczynski who died in a plane crash in Russia last Saturday. Earth changes reflect the collapse of the consciousness grids that keep the illusion of this reality intact. Current natural disasters are not within the norm, as some report. They follow a pattern ... a rhythm, if you will. They are precursors of program closure and will not subside. They are closer in proximity and with greater intensity than in past years.

We must watch the Mid-Atlantic Ridge

as the tectonic plates are shifting.

The Mid-Atlantic Ridge (MAR) is a mid-ocean ridge, a divergent tectonic plate boundary located along the floor of the Atlantic Ocean, and the longest mountain range in the world. It separates the Eurasian Plate and North American Plate in the North Atlantic, and the African Plate from the South American Plate in the South Atlantic. The Ridge extends from a junction with the Gakkel Ridge (Mid-Arctic Ridge) northeast of Greenland southward to the Bouvet Triple Junction in the South Atlantic. Although the Mid-Atlantic Ridge is mostly an underwater feature, portions of it have enough elevation to extend above sea level. The section of the ridge which includes the island of Iceland is also known as the Reykjanes Ridge.

For decades people have been into all sorts of metaphysical modalities to heal and help and find a single truth for their existence here. Everything they experienced here is a metaphor to that end, but it is time to move past outdated, outmoded paradigms. From crop circles, to ETs, to the quest to find some antiquated artifact - it's done. Move on. Keep up with what is going on and never get stuck in the past.

After years of study and exploration - it would seem people are tired of the old that once guided their journey - and are finally able to understand that reality is a consciousness hologram that is about to evolve out of existence. It's not scary. It's destiny and we getting closer to the shift of consciousness or whatever you chose to name it. It means we came from light, played out our emotional roles, and now return to light for another game, but not on planet Earth, as it will cease to exist on all levels. No biggie...there are far more interesting, and less melodramatic, experiences out there. Don't remain attached to this place or program. In the end, you will see it is all an illusion and ....

The Fool is the spirit in search of experience. He represents the mystical cleverness bereft of reason within us, the childlike ability to tune into the inner workings of the world. The sun shining behind him represents the divine nature of the Fool's wisdom and exuberance, holy madness or 'crazy wisdom'. On his back are all the possessions he might need. In his hand there is a flower, showing his appreciation of beauty. He is frequently accompanied by a dog, sometimes seen as his animal desires, sometimes as the call of the "real world", nipping at his heels and distracting him. He is seemingly unconcerned that he is standing on a precipice, apparently about to step off.

One of the keys to the card is the paradigm of the precipice, Zero and the sometimes represented oblivious Fool's near-step into the oblivion (the void) of the jaws of a crocodile, for example, are all mutually informing polysemy within evocations of the iconography of The Fool. The staff is the offset and complement to the void and this in many traditions represents wisdom and renunciation, eg. 'danda' (Sanskrit) of a Sanyassin, 'danda' (Sanskrit) is also a punctuation mark with the function analogous to a 'full-stop' which is appropriately termed, a period in English grammar.

The 'danda' is also slang for 'penis' (Sanskrit: lingam) and the 'void', 'womb' and 'vagina' (Sanskrit: yoni) is its offset and complement:.

The Fool is both the beginning and the end, neither and otherwise, betwixt and between, liminal.

The number 0 is a perfect significator for the Fool, as it can become anything when he reaches his destination as in the sense of 'joker's wild'. Zero plus anything equals the same thing. Zero times anything equals zero. Zero is nothing, a lack of hard substance, and as such it may reflect a non-issue or lack of cohesiveness for the subject at hand.

Thursday night on Flash Forward ... Let No Man Put Asunder ... the main arc moved just a bit closer to finding out ... what created the first Flash Forward, will it happen again, has it happened before, and can destiny be changed once one gets a glimpse of future probabilities?

Moving along ...

Thursday night's episode of "Fringe" was called White Tulip. Paralleling Stargate SG1's Window of Opportunity (the #1 all time favorite of viewers) - "White Tulip" dealt with time travel and the loops of time. Both shows were about a male scientist obsessed with the loss of the woman he loved, using a loop in time to be with her before she died. The symbology of the White Tulip is forgiveness.

What does that do to your consciousness? It is a trigger that the events we are experiencing are part of an endless loop that keeps us trapped in physical reality. Segue back to parallel experiences - Sumerian Gods create a biogenetic experiment that originated in the Middle East, the Nazi Grid Program - underground labs involving biogenetic and time travel experiments, aline Grey biogenetic and other experiments - all of which parallel our experiment in the physical. Unless you were there when the loop was created, you wouldn't remember the details.

When the Window of Opportunity opens at Zero Point, the loop will be broken and we move on.

As far back as I can remember, the expression 90 Degrees of Separation has played over and over in my mind - right angles linked to the logarithmic spiral that creates the reality in which we experience and believe is all and everything. Readers of this blog know better. We are on the verge of expanding into so much more. Sit tight .. we will soon be there.

I blogged about 90 Degrees of Separation in the 1990's then updated the blog in 2007. It has to do with the movement of light and geometric patterns (all is math and projected illusion) in and out of our frequency of perception - bending light, optics, refraction, invisibility, consciousness, etc. It all comes down to what is visibly real at any given level of consciousness and what is out there that we cannot see that is now merging with the frequency in which we experience. We see just so much with our physical brains, occasionally getting a glimpse of projected illusion in another space-time or time-space.

Let's go to 6 degrees of Separation... Chain-Link, mentioned below, is a metaphor for human DNA.

Six Degrees of Separation, also referred to as the "Human Web", refers to the idea that everyone is at most six steps away from any other person on Earth, so that a chain of, "a friend of a friend" statements can be made to connect any two people in six steps or less. It was originally set out by Frigyes Karinthy and popularized by a play written by John Guare.

Shrinking World

Statist theories on optimal design of cities, city traffic flows, neighborhoods and demographics were in vogue after World War I. These conjectures were expanded in 1929 by Hungarian author Frigyes Karinthy, who published a volume of short stories titled Everything is Different. One of these pieces was titled "Chains," or "Chain-Links."

The story investigated in abstract, conceptual, and fictional terms many of the problems that would captivate future generations of mathematicians, sociologists, and physicists within the field of network theory. Due to technological advances in communications and travel, friendship networks could grow larger and span greater distances. In particular, Karinthy believed that the modern world was 'shrinking' due to this ever-increasing connectedness of human beings. He posited that despite great physical distances between the globe's individuals, the growing density of human networks made the actual social distance far smaller. As a result of this hypothesis, Karinthy's characters believed that any two individuals could be connected through at most five acquaintances. In his story, the characters create a game out of this notion.

This idea both directly and indirectly influenced a great deal of early thought on social networks. Karinthy has been regarded by some as the originator of the notion of six degrees of separation.

Small World Experiment

The small world experiment comprised several experiments conducted by Stanley Milgram examining the average path length for social networks of people in the United States. The research was groundbreaking in that it suggested that human society is a small world type network characterized by short path lengths. The experiments are often associated with the phrase "six degrees of separation".
