Blizzard of 2006

Earth changes, to date, have created strange and unusual weather patterns around the world, especially in the Ring of Fire. There is no escaping their effects.

The northeastern region of the US experienced a record breaking blizzard on Sunday February 12, 2006 with 26.9 inches of snow in Central Park.

In the days that followed, temperatures rose to almost 60 degrees. Prior to the blizzard, the winter was unusually mild.
