Fragrances - Incense, other - I prefer none as can fragrances manifest
Turn off your tech so as not to be disturbed
Drugs - Hallucinogens - Your choice
Prepare something to record any messages you may want to save from meditation - notes or recording device
Adjust clothing, eye glasses
Sit down or lie down
Get comfortable
Breath deeply and evening inhaling through your nose - holding the breath - then slowly exhaling through the mouth - Repeat twice if needed
Time allotted - trust that it will be the right amount of time but after a while you may fall asleep
What you look for: an audio or visual message, connection with someone, random grid experience. Always remember you can't change the grids
After you return to you physical consciousness you may want to write or draw what you have seen - then use the internet for interpretation or symbolism.
